How long will my order take to arrive?
Alpha Pools endeavours to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is via courier and thus their average delivery times apply and no guarantee as to delivery date can be made.
If you require an express courier service, please contact us to discuss your options.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your mail box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Do you accept International Orders?
No, unfortunate Alpha Pools currently does not accept international orders.
Can I Return my order if I change my mind?
Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
What if my item arrives defective?
Contact must be made to Alpha Pools within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Items will be replaced with the same items originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.
