How to bring the water sample to Alphapools
Given our testing is so accurate – The sample must be clean.
- Should you use an alternative container, you should rinse the bottle thoroughly in the pool water itself (approximately 5-10 times),
- The sample should also be kept at approximately room temperature (excessive heat can affect the results).
Country customers – we’re happy to receive your sample by freight.

FAQ
How long will my order take to arrive?
Alpha Pools endeavours to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Delivery is via courier and thus their average delivery times apply and no guarantee as to delivery date can be made.
If you require an express courier service, please contact us to discuss your options.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in your mail box advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Alpha Pools does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Do you accept International Orders?
No, unfortunate Alpha Pools currently does not accept international orders.
Can I Return my order if I change my mind?
Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
What if my item arrives defective?
Contact must be made to Alpha Pools within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Items will be replaced with the same items originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued.
Please contact us at sales@alphapools.com.au if your goods are defective for confirmation and return address details.
What if my order gets lost in transit?
If you believe your goods have been lost in transit please contact us at sales@alphapools.com.au within 7 working days of placing your orders so we can investigate.
